• Eligibility: Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exclusions: Sale or promotional items and items used for commercial shoots or content creation are not eligible for returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
• Return and exchange fees: Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If Lecia pays the return shipping fee in advance, it will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Lecia does not refund import duties or taxes collected directly by customs or the shipping carrier.
• Changes & cancellations: Please contact us before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once dispatched, requests will be handled under our return and exchange process. For made-to-measure or individually altered items, payments are non-refundable if you cancel due to a change of mind after production has begun.
• Made-to-measure or individually altered items: Your measurements, design requirements, and after-sales support terms will be confirmed with you before payment.
• Defective or incorrect items: Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos so that we can review the issue and arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund for the affected item. An unboxing video is recommended but not required. Lecia will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue; deductions applicable to returns for personal reasons will not apply.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after Lecia receives and inspects the returned items, using your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
