Within the HER-ITAGE exhibition space, a quiet corner is reserved for moments of stillness. The “Lampshade Embroidery” workshop is an intimate encounter with artistry, inviting each guest to experience the tradition of hand embroidery firsthand and create a personal object of memory — a small keepsake to call their own.

Guided by artisan Phùng Thị Vui, who has devoted more than two decades to the craft of embroidery, every stitch is treated as a tender fragment of memory. Each movement of the needle is more than technique; it is a quiet rhythm of time, preserving the patience of the hand, the precision of the mind, and a gentle connection to traditional artistry.

Set within the creative surroundings of the Điềm Phùng Thị Art Center, this workshop becomes a meaningful pause within HER-ITAGE — a place where the story of embroidery continues through the hands of those who take part.
